Yes. Any and all electrical work that you’d like done in your home needs to be permitted with your local city building department. Not only does this give you peace of mind that the job was done in a safe and professional manner but it also ensures you’re able to include this added value to the appraisal when you decide to sell the home.
We are available for service and installations Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Yes. Our C-10 electrical contracting license is current and can be checked by searching license #1014512 for the State of California. We also do carry the required bond and general liability insurance so that we’re able to offer safe and insured services to all of our clients.
Yes. We are able to offer free ballpark estimates over the phone. For an exact quote, we will need to pay you a visit in person to find out all variables involved. For an in person meeting, a deposit is collected that will go toward the final invoice.
The time of year will have an effect on our availability but for smaller projects, we are usually available within 2-7 business days. For larger projects taking full days or more, we are usually available within 7-14 business days.
Yes. All services and installations are covered by our 10-year worry-free warranty. If anything that we’ve installed has issues within 10 years from the date installed, we will come to check it for free. If the problem was due to inadequate installation, we will gladly correct the issue free of charge.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on installation costs for any senior, military or single parent.
